An employee community is an online platform where employees are having a dialogue with a community manager and each other. There is continuous interaction which makes it possible to clarify and solve different topics. Our employee communities are ‘research based’ and deliver sharp and relevant insights. Guided by professionals and with the help of superb technology we make use of contemporary qualitative and quantitative research techniques.


Multiple themes in the Continuous Employee Community.

Many of our Research Communities are continuous. Throughout the year different topics are addressed together with employees, such as onboarding, sustainable employability, diversity, culture, change and communication.

A specific topic is covered in a Theme Community.

Everybody recognises this: (HR) issues you want to solve, as you know that the solutions are close, by making use of the knowledge and insights of employees. And where everyone feels heard. We do that with a theme (or so called pop up) Community. We come across various themes such as sustainable employability, onboarding, innovation, the implementation of a development programme etc . A nice example is the Employee Engagement Community. This community is aimed at gaining insights and developing solutions and improvements together with employees based on themes coming from the employee survey. This can be embedded for a shorter or longer period in the yearly cycle of the employee engagement survey.
